Penny is a partner specialising in non-contentious construction law matters.  Penny has a wealth of experience advising public and private sector clients including developers, funding institutions, central government departments and local authorities, universities, contractors and design teams on all aspects of construction related matters. 

This includes advice in relation to development finance, methods of procurement, the preparation of building contracts, agreements engaging design consultants, collateral warranties, performance bonds, subcontracting and the interpretation and use of standard forms of contracts.
