David is a partner in the corporate team and advises public and private companies (whether or not quoted or traded on securities markets), financial intermediaries and funds on a range of corporate transactions. 

David has particular expertise in cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, securities offerings (whether IPOs, secondary or placings) and other forms of equity and VC fund-raisings. David also advises entrepreneurs, investors and private equity houses on investments, acquisitions and commercial ventures and acts for a range of clients based not only in the UK but in numerous countries across the globe.
