The corporate team at Cobbetts LLP in Birmingham has advised Knutsford-based dairy producer, Delamere Dairy, on a £5 million refinancing deal. 

Established in 1988 by husband and wife team, Roger and Liz Sutton, the European dairy producer of goat’s milk, cheese and yoghurt products will use the financing as development capital to grow the business across markets in Europe.

Corporate partner, Mark Gibson, led the team for Cobbetts, as assisted by associate, Emma Ray, and solicitor, Kate DaSilva.

This deal will provide the management team with a fresh injection of energy to continue driving the success of the business over the coming years and we look forward to watching the company’s progress.”

The Birmingham offices of the Co-operative Bank and GE Commercial Finance provided development capital and funding support to the deal.
