Cobbetts’ London-based corporate practice has advised Morris Visitor Publications (MVP) on its joint venture with VisitBritain to publish Britain Planner, a quarterly guide for visitors travelling to the United Kingdom.

Headquartered in Augusta, Georgia, MVP is a leading publisher of visitor magazines for the international and domestic tourist and corporate traveller markets.  Its wide range of titles generates an annual circulation of five million magazines, maps and guides in London and nine million in Europe, distributed across tourist outlets and hotels.

Britain Planner will launch in June 2009, followed by quarterly editions from 2010. This spring, MVP will also launch wheretraveller.com for online and mobile users.
